Theme: Great People Fail and Get Up Again
“No” Simply Means “Try Again.”
All Men Fall, The Great Ones Get Back Up
Stay persistent
Scripture Reading
“And let us not be weary in well doing:
for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not,” (Galatians 6:9).
Rejection is not fatal, It is merely someone’s opinion that determines its outcome. So stop for a moment and review your own experiences.
You
may have encountered rejection when you were a child. Nevertheless,
you have made it this far, which proves you are a survivor who is also blessed of The Lord Jesus Christ our Savior.
✍🏾Jesus experienced more rejection than any human being
who ever lived on the earth. He was born in a stable...an
outcast in society.
Even today, the hosts of television talkshows belittle and
ridicule both Him and His followers. He was rejected by His own
people. “He came unto His own, and His own received Him
not,” (John 1:11).
What was Jesus' response when one of His own (Judas Iscariot) betrayed Him? Did He
become demoralized? Did He quit? NOoooooo.
Jesus knew that He did not have to close every sale to
become a success. Those He would benefit would finally discern His value.
“But
as many as received Him, to them gave He power to become
the sons of God, even to them that believe on His name,” (John
1:12).
Jesus knew His worth and what He had to offer to others.
⏳ Jesus knew His critics would die...but His plan was eternal. He was willing to experience a Season of Pain...to create an
Eternity of Gain. (Hebrews 12:2.)
Your Goals and Dreams will last longer than any rejection
you may experience.
Move beyond your scars. Not everyone
will celebrate or welcome your Future.
Always remember someone needs what you have to offer. Your
contribution is an absolute necessity for their success.
So Discern that and move on.
The religious sect, called Sadducees, rejected Jesus, as
did the Pharisees. The religious leaders despised The Christ.
Those who should have recognized His worth, instead wanted
to destroy Him. ( Matthew 26:3-4.)
Jesus risked rejection to become The Golden Link
between man and God (Hebrews 12:2.)
Most great sales representatives know that 14 out of 15
people will say “no” to their sales pitch. They say this merely
inspires them to hurry and make their presentations to as many
aspiring clients as possible, to reach that one who will accept.
Jesus taught His disciples how to handle rejection. “And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when
ye depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your
feet,” (Matthew 10:14).
So, so get up and act as the Lord leads, eventually you will succeed.
Shalom.
Blessings to you.
