SHAME: See What These Two Policemen Were Caught Doing

Two Nigerian policemen have been caught doing the unexpected!

This is a sad tale of one who is expected to control what goes on in the country but he himself is found wanting. Two policemen have been caught on video fighting. The video was uploaded and made available on Friday by Sharebitmag with the caption, ”Two Nigeria Police Caught fighting in Lagos”. The online video of the two policemen which had since provoked criticisms from Nigerians who flayed their conduct.

In the demeaning and shameful two-minute video, two policemen in uniform were seen fighting themselves just at the entrance of a location that looks like a bank in Lagos. One of the mobile policemen was seen sitting on top of his colleague while delivering blows on him.
There were lots of people hailing and shouting in praises of obviously the policeman on top of the other. Some of these excited onlookers were also seen covering the shameful fight with their different phones. Though the video did not show how the brawl began, the second policemen appeared to have been floored, as he did not return any of the punches. A bottle of an alcohol beverage, Alomo Bitters, was seen on the ground next to the men.

However, the Force headquarters after seeing the video made it known that the Policemen will be arrested, investigated and dismissed. Punch reports that the Force Public Relations Officer, Emmanuel Ojukwu, made it known in a telephone interview yesterday that the men would face orderly room trial for their conduct. Ojukwu said, “We have seen the video and I can tell you that the men would be identified and apprehended to face disciplinary action. They will face orderly room trial and they will be dismissed,” he stated.
Recall that this is not the first time men in black will be in the news for the wrong reasons. About a week ago, a policeman was spotted at Odo-Eran, Cele bus-stop in Surulere, Lagos very early in the morning dead drunk. Another policeman in Lagos identified as Aurthur Okeke with ID. No.453255 assaulted a heavily pregnant woman few months ago.
